For GJ Cook
Jeremy Girvan, chef of GJ Cook, ordered three years ago a custom knife and toolbag. As a chef on the move, he’s used to travel very light and organised. A few months later we developed these special round sub-plates in various leathers. Small, reversible and interchangeable, the perfect solution for his activities as a private chef. This collaboration remains very special for us, as it marked our first steps into the world of gastronomy and collaborations for renowned and Michelin-starred chefs.
